Giveaway Rules

Entrants must be 18 years of age and must provide correct and verifiable information in their entry form. Any entry which is a duplicate, has a false or suspicious name, shipping address, email address or phone number will be removed

Entrants agree to grant Microtech Computers non exclusive rights to use the name and likeness of prize winners in promotional materials related to giveaways.

Federal, state, and local taxes, and any fees, duties or customs related to awarding giveaway prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

Employees, contractors and family members Microtech Computers are ineligible.

The prices displayed at the Site, however, are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Specifications and Prices are subject to change without notice.

Indemnification

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement hsall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Kansas, County of Douglas.

Termination

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Microtech Computers. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Microtech Computers also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny yoy access to the Site, if in Microtech Computers sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Microtech Computers, you must promptly destroy all material downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
